Product Description
CHM Machinery specializes in computerized high-precision single rotary sheeters, engineered specifically for paper mills, paper distributors, and printing houses. Our equipment enhances slitting capacity while ensuring superior quality output.
The single-drum sheeter features an innovative "Top blade rotary, bottom blade fixed" flying shear design. During paper transport, the lower blade remains stationary while the upper blade rotates continuously at high speed, delivering precise cuts with exceptional stability through AC servo-driven control.
This versatile machine handles paper weights from 60 to 550 gsm, with capability to process thin paper as light as 30 grams. It can simultaneously cut 8-12 rolls at speeds up to 100 cuts per minute, making it ideal for both thick and thin paper applications.
