The CHM A4 copy paper production line integrates sheeting, ream wrapping, case packing, and palletizing into one fully automated continuous process. • Sheeting Machine: Slits jumbo rolls into A4 size and automatically stacks them in reams (500 sheets per ream).
• Ream Wrapping Machine: Automatically wraps each ream of A4 paper.
• Box Packing Machine: Automatically packs 5, 8, or 10 reams per carton, with strapping function.
• Robot: Automatically stacks finished cartons onto pallets.

• Sheeting Accuracy: Tolerance within ±0.2 mm
• Operating Speed: Up to 300 m/min; cutting frequency up to 841 cuts/min

This production line is designed specifically for A4尺寸 paper.

For 8K exam paper (270 × 390 mm), a dedicated line is recommended when monthly output exceeds 300 tons.

For specialty sizes such as A3, A5, B4, B5, a flatbed sheet cutter with manual packaging is a more suitable option
