If you insist on producing A5/8K on A4 equipment, the knife shafts, conveying system, and packaging machine need to be customized, resulting in high modification cost and long delivery time.
Q: What are the core parameters of the A4B ream packaging machine?
A: Designed maximum speed is 50 reams/min, with actual stable production at 35 reams/min. Total power is about 18 kW. It is suitable for ream heights of 45–55 mm. Packaging paper is 70–100 g/m² laminated or film-coated paper. It uses PLC + 13 servo motors with memory conveying and positioning.
Q: What should be noted about hot melt adhesive?
A: 8011A is used for the ream packaging machine (thin packaging paper), and 8020E is used for the carton packing machine (carton bonding). The two must never be mixed. 1 kg of hot melt adhesive can package 600–800 reams. Operators are advised to drain old adhesive at the beginning and end of shifts to prevent pipeline blockage.
