A4 paper measures 210 × 297 mm (8.27 × 11.67 inches). A4 is an industrial paper standard produced from large pulp paper rolls. Genuine A4 sheets cannot be easily manufactured at home without industrial machinery — you may only cut or trim other standard paper formats (such as US Letter) or make custom-sized sheets.
